This function is used to retrieve a file that has been attached to for example [TCustomer](https://dkdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DEV/pages/10355262) or [TItem](https://dkdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DEV/pages/10355270)
